Automatic refunds
If a virtual number does not receive an SMS within the activation window, the full amount is automatically refunded to your VerifyX360 wallet — no request needed.
Wallet balance
Wallet balances are held in Ghanaian Cedi (GHS) and can be used across all VerifyX360 services (numbers, eSIMs, proxies, marketplace).
Manual reviews
If you believe an order was charged incorrectly, contact support within 48 hours with your Order ID. Our team reviews each case within one business day.
Non-refundable items
Successfully delivered SMS codes and marketplace listing fees are non-refundable once used.
