1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using VerifyX360 you agree to these terms.

2. Eligible use

You must be at least 18 years old and use the platform only for lawful account verification. You may not use VerifyX360 to commit fraud, harass others, or violate the terms of the platforms you verify against.

3. Payments & wallet

Deposits are non-transferable and are held in your VerifyX360 wallet. Prices are shown in Ghanaian Cedi (GHS). We may adjust pricing with notice.

4. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. Numbers that never receive an SMS are automatically refunded.

5. Service availability

We work with third-party providers and cannot guarantee 100% availability of every service or country.

6. Account termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the platform.

7. Limitation of liability

VerifyX360 is provided "as is". Our liability is limited to the amount held in your wallet at the time of the incident.
